Welcome to DrJay.info!
Dr. Jay is currently finishing up his Administrative Fellowship year at the
University of South Florida-Morton Plant Mease Family Medicine Residency Program. He will complete the fellowship at the end of June and then will be working full time at The Hospice of
the Florida Suncoast starting in July. He is also currently
completing an Integrative Medicine Fellowship based out of the University of Arizona College of Medicine. At this time, this site
will be dedicated to those (Physicians, Healthcare workers, Patients, etc.) interested in Integrative Medicine.
